Responsibilities
Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide actionable information to stakeholders at various levels of the organization
Coordinate with IT Operations and vendors to ensure system reliability, data integrity, and security compliance
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document detailed requirements for IT systems and processes
Conduct thorough analysis of existing workflows, identify areas for improvement, and propose innovative solutions to optimize operations
Identify opportunities for streamlining and automating processes through the effective use of technology
Participate in IT project execution, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, scope, and quality standards
Collaborate with the IT support team to ensure smooth deployment, adoption, and ongoing support of IT solutions
Adhere to all IT policies for deployment to ensure that security provisions have been met
Support testing, validation, upgrades, and configuration changes
Coordinate the development of training materials and conduct user training sessions to ensure end-users are proficient in utilizing the systems effectively
Prepare user documentation, training materials, and conduct training sessions to support effective system adoption
Stay current with emerging technologies and trends
Evaluate new IT solutions, tools, and methodologies to identify opportunities for innovation and competitiveness that are aligned with business strategy
Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT, ensuring clear understanding of requirements, priorities, and desired outcomes
Maintain accurate records of system configurations, business rules, and process documentation
