Lead deployment and adoption of procurement processes and systems across the Americas (US, Canada, LATAM)

Drive communication and engagement strategies to ensure alignment and compliance with procurement processes

Partner with stakeholders to generate commercial value and implement category strategies, programs, and processes

Develop localized procurement strategies and savings initiatives aligned with global objectives, with a focus on Real Estate and Facility Management

Manage procurement risks and ensure compliance with company policies, local laws, and ethical standards

Support digital transformation initiatives, including procurement platform deployment (e.g., Apadua, Marketplace solutions, Archlet)

Required

Highly structured, result-oriented, and able to manage challenging interactions

Willingness to travel within the US, Canada, and LATAM as needed
