Social Media & Brand Strategist
CRWD is building community-driven experiences that connect brands and users in meaningful ways. They are hiring a Social Media & Brand Strategist to own their social presence end-to-end and help define the CRWD brand aesthetic as they scale.

Responsibilities
Own all social accounts : strategy, planning, posting, engagement, and iteration
Build and run a content calendar + feed strategy across platforms
Create posts end-to-end: copy + design (graphics, simple video, templates)
Help define and evolve the CRWD look & feel (visual system, tone, consistency)
Partner with the team to turn ideas, product updates, and community moments into content
Track performance and share insights to improve results over time
Qualification
Required
Strong social instincts: you know how to craft content people actually want to read/watch
Great design taste and ability to execute clean, on-brand visuals
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment
You're proactive: you take a loose objective and turn it into a plan + output
Clear communicator, organized, and consistent
Preferred
Experience building a brand early-stage
Short-form video editing skills
Copywriting that's sharp, human, and on-brand
Paid ads experience
