Intake Coordinator

They are seeking an Intake Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients, ensuring a professional and efficient intake experience while managing multiple priorities and maintaining high standards of service.

Responsibilities
Review intake queue throughout the day, ensuring all potential new clients are contacted immediately
Complete intake with prospective client, ensuring accurate and complete information is obtained
Send required paperwork via text and/or email to new clients
Represent company values often as the first representative to engage with our clients
Accurately enter intake data into company case management software
Triage incoming intake calls, faxes and emails to appropriate destinations
Provide excellent customer service
Qualification
Required
General understanding of healthcare and/or med-legal terminology is a plus
Bi-lingual in Spanish is a plus
Excellent telephone and electronic communication skills
Excellent customer service with eagerness to build relationships
Self-motivated and self-directed when prioritizing tasks based upon volume of incoming intakes
Works well among a team environment
Positive, multi-tasking and ambitious attitude
Detail and goal oriented
Solution focused
Must be able to work in-office at our Las Vegas, NV location
