Responsibilities
Responsible for maintenance of assigned building
Conduct move in and move out inspections
Conduct daily routine work orders; repair cabinets, counter tops, closets, appliances, etc
Inspect all building mechanical to identify any failures or breakdowns
Maintain inventory of building necessities
Perform any necessary repairs on HVAC systems for buildings common areas, office spaces and repair PTAC units as required for residential apartments
Qualification
Required
Relevant maintenance experience required
Experience with plumbing and electrical systems required
Preferred
Experience in Residential properties is preferred
