Create and maintain a safe working environment and culture within the organization
Take care of company property
Demonstrate high impact culture through innovation, accountability, and empowerment
Function effectively in a team environment and work independently with minimal supervision
Lead, coach, guide, and motivate junior team members
Respond to 24/7 on-call duties as required
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Must have and maintain a clean driving record
Some travel required, up to 20%
Ability to obtain all required customer clearances (TWIC, DISA, etc.)
Demonstrated troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
Customer service experience required
Experience with Microsoft Office and smart devices
Preferred
Experience in oil and gas, mechanical, or plumbing preferred; willing to train the right candidate
Water treatment or RO experience is a plus
Technical military background
Technical certificate, degree, or industry-specific license(s)
3–7 years of technical work experience preferred
Ability to work independently and provide coaching/training to junior technicians
Experience with mechanical, electrical, diesel, and fusion systems depending on business unit
Technically sound with the ability to synthesize and communicate technical information clearly
