Responsibilities
Interact with and manage world-class clients and their brands, serving as a key point of contact for creative matters, and ensuring their needs and expectations are met
Develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, understand business objectives and translate them into effective verbal design strategies
Create voice, tone, and messaging, ensuring alignment a brand's guidelines and creative objectives
Drive innovation and push the boundaries of storytelling, keeping up with industry trends and best practices
Ensure the highest standards of creative excellence and quality control across projects
Regularly review and provide feedback on deliverables to ensure client satisfaction
Qualification
Required
6+ years of experience within a brand creative agency
Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional campaign and storytelling client work
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate creative concepts to clients and internal stakeholders
A passion for ideas and storytelling, namely, making work that delivers an impact and fosters meaningful connections with the audience through your creations
A genuine interest in building connections between different disciplines and crafts within creative, and within the organization: Working with program delivery to shape scopes, client service to grow relationships, and collaborating with strategy to craft briefs and stories that connect, inspire, and help clients make the best decisions about the work we make for them
