Responsibilities
Support the execution of buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions from start to finish, including financial analysis, valuation, and preparation of client materials
Build and maintain strong client relationships, assisting senior bankers in providing strategic advice
Develop detailed financial models and conduct valuation analyses to support deal decisions
Coordinate internal teams and external advisors, including legal, accounting, and private equity partners
Contribute to business development efforts, including pitchbooks, market research, and sector analysis
Mentor and collaborate with junior analysts to maintain a high-performing team culture
Qualification
Required
2–4 years of investment banking experience, ideally with exposure to M&A transactions
Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence interacting with senior executives
Bachelor's degree required
Preferred
Prior experience or demonstrated interest in FinTech is preferred, but candidates from TMT, FIG, and Industrials (Data or Digital Infrastructure) backgrounds are also highly encouraged to apply
MBA or CFA is a plus
