Manage executive’s calendar and schedule appointments
Screen and respond to emails and phone calls
Prepare meeting materials and take minutes during meetings
Organize travel arrangements and itineraries
Maintain accurate and organized filing systems
Perform data entry and maintain databases as needed
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Self-motivated with a proactive attitude
