Systems Integration & Test Engineer II

Responsibilities
Develop and support test planning documentation, including test plans, procedures, schedules, and readiness reviews
Participate in design reviews to ensure systems are testable and requirements are clearly defined
Integrate and test in-house developed and COTS/GOTS components, subsystems, and systems
Translate customer and program requirements into practical test solutions that consider technical, schedule, and cost constraints
Coordinate testing activities across programs and partner organizations
Execute and document system and subsystem tests, including data analysis and evaluation reports
Identify, document, and track test discrepancies; support regression testing to verify fixes
Verify and validate system performance against requirements
Qualification
Required

Works closely with engineers, program teams, and stakeholders across disciplines
May support laboratory, ground test, or operational test settings depending on program needs

Ability to work remotely
Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility
Preferred
Experience supporting missile or space vehicle development programs
Certified Test Conductor credential
Broad exposure to one or more of the following: Systems integration and test, Flight test, Operations, Systems engineering
