This role involves managing end-to-end creative and marketing projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met while maintaining clear communication across teams.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end creative and marketing projects across brand, content, digital, and campaign initiatives
Own project coordination, timelines, milestones, and deliverables across multiple workstreams
Serve as the connective tissue between Creative, Marketing, Ecommerce, and cross-functional partners
Build, maintain, and optimize Coda-based project management workflows (this is a core tool for the team)
Lead status updates, flag risks, and proactively problem-solve to keep projects on track
Ensure clear communication, strong documentation, and consistent follow-through across teams
Maintain a high bar for organization, accuracy, and attention to detail in a high-volume environment

Required

Proven experience as a Creative Project Manager within beauty, fashion, wellness, ecommerce, or CPG
Hands-on, advanced experience with Coda for project tracking, workflows, and team collaboration (required)
Strong understanding of creative production and marketing processes
Exceptional communication skills—clear, concise, and collaborative
Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities
