Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, month-end close, and financial statement preparation
Manage accounting for real estate investments, joint ventures, and operating entities
Ensure accurate and timely reporting in accordance with GAAP
Support institutional investor reporting requirements and audits
Establish, refine, and document accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls
Coordinate with third-party administrators, auditors, tax advisors, and banking partners
Assist with cash management, capital calls, distributions, and investor allocations
Partner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
Help scale accounting infrastructure, systems, and processes as the platform grows
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
5-10 years of accounting experience
Must have supervisory experience
Fund accounting experience
Advanced Excel
