Collaborate across functional teams to advance project goals
Translate 2D design intent into 3D product samples
Use technical expertise to elevate product quality and value
Ensure alignment with timelines, cost targets, and sustainability metrics
Support effective commercialization and manufacturability
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training
Minimum of 2 years directly relevant work experience
Demonstrated understanding of footwear pattern engineering, tooling, and manufacturing processes
Effective collaborator adept at working productively within a team, including experience facilitating meetings, driving consensus, and influencing others
Proven communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate goals and objectives
Ability to identify and recommend cost‑effective solutions and apply creative problem‑solving skills
Experience in project management and hands-on product iteration, including ability to read technical drawings and digital files
Basic knowledge of materials, test methods, and their application
Ability to travel up to 15% of the time
