Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain our cloud-based infrastructure using automation tools and best practices, while integrating AI services to automate and optimize complex tasks
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their requirements and develop automated solutions to meet their needs
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate the deployment and testing of software applications
Develop and maintain monitoring and alerting systems to ensure the reliability and availability of our platform
Implement security best practices to ensure the safety and integrity of our systems
Continuously evaluate and improve our platform to ensure scalability, performance, and cost-effectiveness
Work closely with the architects to align the platforms to latest architecture and configurations
Encourage innovation, automation, implementation of cutting-edge technologies, inclusion, outside-of-the-box thinking, teamwork, self-organization and diversity to a legacy process
Utilize scripting languages like HTML, Python, SQL, Container Orchestration services such as Docker and Kubernetes, CM tools including Ansible and Terraform, and a variety of Azure and ServiceNow tools and services
Qualification
Required
3-5 years of related experience
General and business knowledge equivalent to a bachelor's degree
Strong programming skills in one or more languages such as Python, Java, or Ruby
Experience with automation tools such as Ansible, Power Automate, or Chef
Experience Azure
Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Experience with Azure AI service such as Copilot Studio, AI Search, Fondry, and Document Intelligence
Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing
Visually able to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data and figures, viewing a computer terminal, and extensive reading
Ability to sit for extended time periods
Sufficient manual skill for operation of PC keyboard and other standard office equipment
Ability to travel, including occasional overnight travel
Ability to exert minimum amounts of force occasionally to lift, carry, push, pull or move objects
