Responsibilities
Develop and implement retail strategies to optimize placement of owned franchise brands across targeted retail accounts
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to key retail stakeholders, fostering influential relationships
Coordinate retail marketing efforts and media campaigns in partnership with external media agencies and internal teams
Collaborate with internal category leads, licensees, and franchise teams to support product sell-in and cross-category assortment planning
Keep internal and external teams informed on retail trends, program updates, and new business opportunities
Qualification
Required
Over 5 years of experience in retail development, franchise development, or consumer products
Deep understanding of retail operations across multiple merchandise categories
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong presentation, analytical, and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
Exceptional relationship-building skills across organizational levels
Preferred
Experience with Walmart and Sam's Club
