Marketing Manager
Gulf Coast Automation Group is seeking a Marketing Manager to own and execute the company's end-to-end marketing strategy. The role involves driving brand awareness, demand generation, and revenue enablement while supporting sales and leadership, with a focus on digital marketing, events, content, and automation.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute annual marketing strategies and fiscal plans across digital, advertising, direct mail, and events
Drive brand consistency and visibility across channels including website, social, PR, and trade shows
Partner with subject matter experts to create compelling content including blogs, white papers, case studies, and presentations
Own website content strategy with focus on SEO and AEO to improve search and AI visibility
Leverage HubSpot for campaign execution, lead nurturing, email marketing, reporting, and sales alignment
Manage paid search, analytics, and performance tracking to grow qualified traffic and conversions
Support trade shows, conferences, and speaking engagements and manage external vendors
Define, track, and report on marketing KPIs and continuously refine strategies based on data
Qualification
Required
3–5+ years of marketing experience with a strong focus on B2B marketing and content development
Proven ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent project management capability
Collaborative mindset with experience working cross-functionally
