New Grad, Entry LevelCAPTRUST is seeking an Institutional Investment Research Associate to work within their Defined Contribution team. This role will assist in sourcing, underwriting, and maintaining multi-asset investment strategies while disseminating information to internal partners and clients.

Responsibilities
Assist in the qualitative and quantitative evaluation of investment managers within the multi-asset universe
Prepare detailed research reports, meeting notes, and recommendation memos for internal committees and clients
Participate in calls and meetings with fund managers to understand their investment philosophy, process, and team dynamics
Stay current on market trends, regulatory changes, and emerging investment strategies
Compile quarterly updates from each investment firm and maintain an internal database
Identify and focus on opportunities to enhance or improve the efficiency of team deliverables/operations
Assist with due diligence and coverage for defined contribution-related investments/programs
Assist with asset class, industry, and economic research related to defined contribution
May perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Completion of a four-year college degree – Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or Accounting preferred
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Collaborative and team-oriented
Strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple assignments, set priorities, and adapt to changing assignments
Significant experience with Microsoft products, especially Excel/PowerPoint
