Responsibilities
Drive MKD safety culture
Assist project managers with project setup and closeout activities
Prepare and maintain project budgets, including tracking updates and generating financial reports
Create, review, and distribute client invoices
Coordinate and communicate manpower moves on a day to day basis
Work with temp staffing agencies to secure additional manpower
Communicate with project managers on upcoming work to forecast schedule
Complete weekly per diem workbook
Set up training for team members for upcoming sites (licensing, MSHA, TRMA)
Track missed time, vacation requests, daily declarations
Send out weekly updates for upcoming jobs to the other departments
Be able to contact outside of normal work hours
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
Valid government Issued Driver's License
Proof of Work Authorization
Strong attendance history/ dependability
Be able to work under stress well
Comfortable using the Microsoft suite with an emphasis on Excel
Plan/organize work
Ability to work/adapt to many different personalities in the company
Multi-tasking
Conflict Resolution
Communicate technical information
Work independently within teamwork based culture
