Responsibilities
Maintain SiteView SQL database including daily operations summaries, field estimates and equipment
Work with production surveillance tools to optimize operations
Assist with regulatory compliance
Compile cost analytics for lookbacks and budgeting
Prepare presentations for department achievements
Provide administrative support to engineering staff
Qualification
Required
Working knowledge of MS Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word
Working knowledge of SQL a plus
Good time manager, capable of multi-tasking, must be willing to work necessary overtime as needed to meet deadline
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting, process work rapidly, set priorities, work under pressure and follow through with assigned tasks with limited supervision
Demonstrates commitment to delivering results
Ability to recognize when assistance is needed and willingness to ask
Have an assertive personality, excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Good written and verbal communication skills a must
Must be flexible, detail-oriented, organized and a self-starter
Preferred
Prefer 2 years of college
