Responsibilities
Drive analytics for territory planning, segmentation, capacity modeling, and quota setting
Partner with sales leadership and sales operations teams on forecasting, pipeline analysis, and process improvements
Develop and refine forecasting methodologies and align with key stakeholders
Develop and manage dashboards, reports, and KPIs to monitor sales performance
Generate weekly regional insights and reports to identify process gaps and drive resolutions
Conduct ad hoc analyses to support business initiatives and leadership inquiries
Support sales managers and leaders with analytical insights and operational improvement recommendations
Ensure data accuracy and integrity in sales tools
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other teams to improve sales efficiency
Participate in and drive cross-functional projects with strong accountability
Collaborate with sales operations to design and execute sales compensation and incentive strategies
Qualification
Required
Strong proficiency with data modeling, data extraction, and business intelligence tools
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Strong communication and collaboration skills
High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Three to five years of experience in a similar role in a fast-paced business environment
Degree in Applied Mathematics, Marketing, Finance, Statistics, Computational Sciences, or a related field
