Responsibilities
Lead efforts for efficiency through technology deployment and staff development
Lead cross-functional initiatives and projects on a variety of issues
Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO, a unifying leader across departments, and a catalyst for continuous improvement
Contribute meaningful insights regarding Firm's strategic growth as part of the leadership team
Develop, Implement and Maintain KPI's that allow for rapid analysis / decision-making by Firm
Develop the skills of each staff member so they reach their highest potential
Measure the effectiveness of all processes (operations, trading, investment selection, technology and compliance, etc.)
Identify technological, system and other improvements to the operations of the Firm
Make a material impact to the Firm's success every day
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management or related discipline
Seven - twenty (7-20) years of relevant experience in Financial Services related company
Track record of project completion within scope of time and budget
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to anticipate improvement opportunities coupled with the work-ethic to seize those opportunities
Preferred
Experience in trading systems and trade workflow a STRONG plus
Experience leading major software implementation (CRM, Accounting, SharePoint) across multiple departments a STRONG plus
Prior participation in potential client meetings or due diligence meetings a STRONG plus
