Responsibilities
Support data-driven decision-making
Oversee multiple complex service areas, including janitorial, waste management, equipment maintenance, Maintenance painting, carpenters and construction mechanics. These functions require consistent tracking of labor hours, material costs, preventive maintenance schedules, and performance metrics to ensure resources are being used effectively
An Operations Analyst would provide the dedicated expertise needed to collect, analyze, and interpret operational data, identify inefficiencies, and develop actionable improvement plans
Integrate analytical insight with operational execution, the Operations Analyst will help ensure decisions are proactive, performance-based, and aligned with organizational goals
Be able submit Pewo’s and Capital Projects
Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations to track performance and identify trends
Monitor workflow efficiency and recommend process improvements
Support operations teams by troubleshooting issues and helping resolve bottlenecks
Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating daily activities
Maintain accurate documentation, logs, and data tracking tools
Work closely with supervisors, engineers, and project leads to ensure operational goals are met
Participate in audits, quality checks, and compliance reviews as needed
Ordering of materials and tooling
Work with vendors
Take lead Process improvements ideas
Qualification
Required
Associates degree or higher in finance, business or manufacturing management
2 years of analytical/data collecting experience
Must be available to work any shift
Willing to work overtime as required
Preferred
Experience with metrics development or data management
Working in a manufacturing environment
Experience in industrial, facility, maintenance, or shipyard environments
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficient in Excel, data tracking systems, and reporting tools
Ability to communicate clearly with both management and frontline teams
Detail-oriented with excellent time-management skills
