Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of multiple (10+) concurrent client projects
Own project delivery from cradle to grave – directly responsible and accountable for the success of each project in the portfolio
Proactively manage project scope, budget, timeline, and risks to ensure that projects are delivered profitably and to the client’s satisfaction
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients in all project-related matters and facilitate effective communication with other project team members (e.g., Solution Architect, individual contributors)
Lead cross-functional project teams consisting of 3-5 SMEs, ensuring alignment with project goals
Managing project staffing, resourcing projects with SMEs as needed to deliver project commitments while balancing overall resource utilization to meet the company’s broader obligations
Oversee implementation to ensure that delivered work product meets client requirements and respects project constraints
Disciplined, comprehensive use of project management tools to ensure that stakeholders have clear visibility of project progress at any given time
Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying new opportunities for growth and collaborating with the sales team to capitalize on these opportunities

Required

Demonstrated experience (3+ years) directly leading the delivery of software implementation projects
Proven ability to effectively manage a portfolio of multiple concurrent projects
Highly developed communication skills, both written and verbal
Confidence in client interactions, including navigating complex or difficult situations and managing expectations in challenging circumstances
Ability to foster a partnership environment with clients to be seen as a valuable resource
Proactive risk management and ability to produce appropriate mitigation plans
Accountable, mature, responsible, organized, and delivers on promises
Experience working in a fast-paced environment while being able to manage and prioritize changing deadlines
You may be located anywhere, but you must be able to work U.S. Mountain or West Coast hours (MST or PST)

Preferred

Experience with HubSpot or other CRM implementations
Experience with software integration and data migration projects
