Apply deep knowledge of healthcare processes, compliance, and IT systems to projects

Write clear, detailed, and actionable user stories that drive successful delivery

Manage and prioritize requirements across multiple healthcare projects simultaneously

Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clarity and alignment

Convert business and functional requirements into technical specifications for development teams

Partner with product managers, developers, QA, and healthcare SMEs to ensure solutions meet business needs

Identify gaps, propose enhancements, and support process optimization in healthcare workflows

Required

Excellent communication and documentation skills

Demonstrated expertise in writing high-quality user stories and functional specifications

Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies

Preferred

Experience with healthcare IT systems (EHR/EMR, claims processing, HL7, HIPAA compliance)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently in a remote environment within India
