Marketing Internship - Island H2O Water Park
NDM Hospitality is seeking a creative and motivated Marketing Intern to join the Island H2O Water Park team. The role involves supporting day-to-day marketing operations, assisting with promotional events, and creating engaging content across various channels to enhance the park's brand presence.

Responsibilities
Assist with content creation for social media, website, email & in‑park signage
Support the planning & execution of marketing campaigns & seasonal initiatives
Help coordinate & staff promotional events, influencer visits & community outreach
Assist in creating engaging content with our staff for both internal & external use
Capture photo & video content around the park for marketing use
Assist with updating marketing calendars, tracking campaign performance & organizing assets
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including operations, guest services & events teams
Provide general administrative support to the marketing department as needed
Qualification
Required
High School level education
Some experience preferred within the theme park, entertainment, or hospitality industry
Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Hospitality or a related field
Strong writing, communication & organizational skills
Familiarity with major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Snapchat, YouTube)
Basic photo/video editing skills are a plus
Must possess a valid driver's license
Must be at least 18 years of age
Strong written and oral communication skills for both internal and external audiences
Computer skills and knowledge of business-related software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point a plus
Strong commitment to maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of park, division, and department information as requested by the company
Ability to troubleshoot situations without delay and act accordingly
Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Must be able to work varied shifts, including evenings, holidays, overnight events and weekends
Must be able to maintain positive, respectful relationships and work effectively with all internal and external constituencies, including team members, community leaders and senior management
Must have a proactive, goal-oriented, can-do attitude
Positive and effective customer service skills
Must be able to pass a criminal, drug, alcohol, and social security background check
Must be able to walk or stand for extended periods of time
While performing the duties of this job, the team members regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and read, talk, and hear
The team member frequently is required to sit, stand, walk, stoop, kneel, push, pull, crouch or crawl
The team member is occasionally required to climb or balance

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
