Responsibilities
Represent Prairie Farms at campus and community events, fairs, sports events, or other activities
Create and distribute marketing materials or social media content to boost brand visibility
Collaborate with marketing, public relations, and sales teams to align promotional efforts
Work directly with local sales and public relations manager to schedule and attend promotional opportunities
Maintain a strong understanding of brand values, products, and services
Engage with customers and prospects to share product knowledge and distribute promotional materials
Collect feedback and insights from customers to inform marketing strategies
Provide feedback on customer interactions and event success
Set up and break down any promotional displays
Provide insights on campus events and opportunities for Prairie Farms engagement
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Must currently be attending a university, community college, or trade school
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Must be 21 years of age or older
Excellent interpersonal skills
Strong social media presence and understanding of digital trends
Ability to take photos and create social media content for a variety of platforms including TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Passion and enthusiasm for the Prairie Farms brand and its mission
Previous experience in marketing, sales, or customer services is a plus
Ability to work without direct supervision
Coachable and willing to learn
Ability to multitask
Strong communication skills for collaborating with sales, marketing, and public relations
Preferred
Knowledge of Prairie Farms brand
Previous experience in marketing or promotions
Involved in student life (clubs, athletics, leadership roles.)
