Responsibilities
Responsible for hiring, developing and leading a region of sales professionals to meet and exceed revenue, profitability and product mix sales goals for our ergonomic workplace solutions
Advancing the sales process by assisting the Sales team with individual sales opportunities within the identified region in support of team and/or own client base
Assess sales probability and forecast revenue expectations
Implement established corporate policies, procedures, strategies and manage sales budget
Complete sales activity, pending business and 30-60-90 Day forecast reports
Observe and participate in sales calls and strategy sessions with all team members for sales development and coaching purposes
Utilize resources for strategic selling
Assess sales representative skill sets to create and maintain individual development plans
Maintain a strong understanding of all Humanscale’s products
Territory travel as required
Any other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree or higher
10 years minimum industry experience
Strong leadership, problem solving, and critical thinking skills
Strong presentation skills
Extensive network with market influencers
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
