Responsibilities
Assist Project Managers with day-to-day coordination of commercial build-out projects from pre-construction through closeout
Maintain and track project schedules, budgets, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and meeting minutes
Coordinate communication between internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients
Prepare and distribute project documentation, including contracts, purchase orders, and progress reports
Track material procurement and deliveries to ensure alignment with project timelines
Support permitting processes, inspections, and compliance with local building codes and safety standards
Monitor project progress and flag potential schedule or cost impacts
Maintain organized and accurate project files in project management software
Assist with project closeout activities, including punch lists, warranties, and final documentation
Qualification
Required
1–3 years of experience in construction coordination or project support, preferably in commercial build-out projects
Strong understanding of construction processes, terminology, and documentation
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, or similar)
Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
