Responsibilities

Design user experiences for consumer-facing mobile app and web products
Think structurally about how systems need to work, not just how they look
Work closely with UX researchers to translate findings into design solutions
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and strategists to define product direction
Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes that communicate structural solutions
Participate in design critiques and present work to stakeholders
Contribute to design system and maintain consistency across digital products

Required

7+ years of UX design experience

Strong UX fundamentals in information architecture and interaction design
Ability to translate research insights into design solutions
Comfortable working on problems where the answer isn't immediately clear
Strong collaboration and communication skills
Experience working in agile environments
Comfortable with ambiguity and unclear requirements
Self-directed and able to work independently
Collaborative mindset for cross-functional teamwork
Ability to balance user needs with business objectives
