Responsibilities
Oversee project's financial health, report issues, and come up with solutions
Provide support to business development efforts to guide and lead each phase of the process in preparation of proposals, while emphasizing quality outcomes
Exceptional ability to lead by example in a professional, productive and established work environment
Assist with the operational flow for a survey team to collaboratively prioritize projects of all sizes and levels of complexities
Qualification
Required
3+ years of demonstrated management experience
PSM in the state of Florida, preferred, or could become licensed in Florida within a year
Demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale, land survey projects, including overseeing field crews and multiple registered surveyors
Boundary and Right of Way resolution
Preparation of proposals
Excellent written and verbal communication with internal and external clients for the purpose of being concise, clear, and conveying details for project deliverables in an efficient and timely manner
Ability to work autonomously, mentor and professionally develop Survey Technicians and field crew members
Exceptional ability and practical experience to successfully manage projects, including developing scope of work, schedule and fee while adhering to established guidelines
Technical understanding and proficiencies with Trimble Business Center and Civil 3D
Experience with Public Works, Energy, Water/Wastewater, and/or Land Development projects, is ideal
Hands-on experience with various municipalities in the Central Florida market
