Responsibilities
Collaborates with the product team to manage the ODM/OEM business line while collaborating with Sales and Marketing to identify, develop, and execute new business opportunities with ODM/OEM customers
Defines priorities, acceptance criteria, and outcomes
Ensures roadmap alignment and productization
Coordinates releases, including enhancements, bug fixes, and new display support
Track timelines, issues, and deliverables to ensure on-time execution
Maintain high responsiveness to reported issues from internal teams, partners, and customers
Work closely with the PM team and Engineering on sprint planning, execution, and issue resolution
Coordinate with QA to define testing priorities and validate release readiness
Sync with Sales and Marketing on customer needs, feedback, and pre- and post-sale product support
Attend and help drive internal and customer-facing meetings
Support full development cycles for factory tools, color management, and display calibration
Learn and support factory calibration and ODM test tools first, then expand to additional CT / CMV products
Maintain working knowledge of TV / display manufacturing processes, ODM / OEM factory environments, and calibration workflows
Support products across both Windows and macOS operating systems
Create, update and maintain MRDs, PRDs and related product documentation
Support test planning, internal testing, beta programs, and customer validation
Track issues, enhancements, and feedback to support continuous product improvement
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
Excellent people skills and the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams
Ability to create, update, and maintain MRDs (Market Requirements Documents) and PRDs (Product Requirements Documents), along with other related product documentation
Experience supporting products across both Windows and macOS operating systems
Experience tracking issues, enhancements, and feedback for continuous product improvement
Preferred
Experience in using display and color solutions for both Windows and macOS environments
Aware and up-to-date on color, display, and productivity features and trends on Windows and macOS through OS and/or existing 3rd party offerings
Experience in display industry and can distinguish between common display technologies
Possesses an understanding and vision of market (end user) needs for display solutions
Experience supporting full development cycles for factory tools, color management, and display calibration
Exposure to factory tools or ODM / OEM test environments
Knowledge on networking platforms and/or remote management systems a positive
