Benmar Group is seeking a senior-level Contracts Negotiator to support a large public-sector higher education organization undergoing procurement transformation. This role manages a high-volume pipeline of complex agreements and requires a hands-on negotiator who can independently drive contracts from redline to execution.

Consulting

Responsibilities

Negotiate, review, and execute MSAs, SOWs, amendments, and exhibits
Serve as liaison between Procurement, Legal, and external vendors
Navigate and negotiate key risk terms (liability, indemnification, insurance, data privacy)
Ensure compliance with public-sector and higher-education procurement requirements
Manage multiple concurrent negotiations in a fast-paced environment

Required

7+ years of experience in contract negotiation or contract management
Experience in higher education, government, or regulated environments
