Responsibilities
Set up and maintain account details, contacts, and policy information in EPIC
Summarize loss history and current programs, including expiring exposures
Draft proposals, stewardship reports, and other presentations/reports for large and complex clients using templates and system-generated letters, with guidance from senior team members
Create premium billing allocations and review carrier invoices
Coordinate and finalize policy and endorsement checks, including reviewing coverages and identifying discrepancies
Manage audits and effectively resolve audit disputes
Document and process cancellations and non-renewals
Order loss runs, generate proofs, and review endorsements and audits as needed
Qualification
Required
0-2 years of experience in Commercial Property and Casualty insurance
State Property & Casualty insurance license (or willingness to obtain)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word
Ability to learn and understand insurance coverage fundamentals
Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
Proven ability to meet expectations and solve problems effectively
Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage workflow efficiently
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications are a plus
Preferred
Experience with EPIC software is preferred but not mandatory
