Qualification
Required
Proven expertise in backlog management and Scrum methodologies
Strong understanding of Banking or Financial payment processes
Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
Ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders
Proficiency in using backlog tools such as JIRA
Preferred
Experience in Electronic Payments and operational knowledge in the Banking sector
Strong leadership and interpersonal capabilities
Industry certifications like CSPO, PSPO, or SAFe are advantageous
