Responsibilities
5+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer
Strong focus on user experience, with the ability to identify needs and ask the right questions
Experience working directly with clients, understanding their vision and participating in discovery processes
Ability to design user flows, wireframes, and UI designs for web-based products
Creative and resourceful profile, able to evaluate different design approaches and propose solutions
Strong communication skills and ability to clearly explain design decisions
Working knowledge of tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, UXPin, Framer, InVision, Zeplin, or similar
Strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI work for web products
Familiarity with AI tools as part of the design or productivity workflow
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
