Responsibilities
Create the rollout playbook: Build the Specialty Auto rollout operating model to ensure fast, repeatable, and accurate launches across all states
Translate requirements into action: In partnership with core Frontier teams, convert complex program requirements into deployment ready blue prints; drive decisions and clear blockers with cross-functional partners
Build the foundation: Develop reusable frameworks, tools, and automations to streamline Specialty Auto delivery
Measure what matters: Establish measurable objectives and key results across our value stream (i.e. cycle time, error rate, rework, post-launch stability); stand up reporting and drive continuous improvement
Become a SME: Be the go-to expert on Specialty Auto program mechanics and delivery processes; coach others and raise the bar for execution
Infuse the power of new tech: Integrate Earnix, Jama, and Jira into day-to-day workflows to boost speed-to-market, traceability, and quality
Own end-to-end execution: Lead several state launches for Specialty Auto Frontier driving measurable value to the Auto organization
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in mathematics, economics, statistics, or other quantitative field
Minimum 4 year's relevant work experience, typically 6 years
Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and statistical software packages (e.g., SAS, Emblem)
Must have strong planning, organizational, analytical, decision making and communication skills
Preferred
Master's degree beneficial
Experience managing projects preferred
