Responsibilities
Facilitate the development and execution of the integrated media campaigns, activation and media plans, maximizing media ROI. Partner closely with internal and external media partners to flawlessly execute plans
Manage the daily operations of the brand, including developing and executing organic strategy, manage brand owned sites (website, e-Comm, etc.) and the budget
Oversee all omni-channel workstreams, including shopper marketing and digital commerce/activation
Support brand portfolio management and lead commercialization/launch plans for business-critical projects, PPA, and sustainability - including post-launch tracking
Qualification
Required
1-2+ years work experience
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and navigate ambiguity
Ability to build and deliver against strict timelines
Analytic and creative thinking skills
Strong communication skills
Highly organized
Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
Ability to lead a cross-functional team
