Oversee daily accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to deadlines
Support month-end and year-end close processes, including review of journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules
Oversee intercompany transactions and ensure proper balancing across entities
Monitor and reconcile cash activity, ensuring timely posting of remittances and accurate reporting
Maintain recurring accounting schedules, including amortizations, accruals, and expense allocations
Assist with external audit, providing schedules and documentation as needed
Support compliance with government and regulatory filings, such as business property taxes and other periodic reports
Identify opportunities to improve processes, strengthen controls, and enhance team efficiency
Qualification
Required
