Responsibilities
Create and post job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms to attract candidates
Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for open positions
Conduct preliminary phone screenings to assess candidates’ qualifications and fit for the role
Schedule virtual and on-site interviews
Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract candidates
Register for and attend career fairs
Maintain GROB’s Intern Program – partnering with universities and colleges
Assist with travel management duties, as needed
Deliver Expat New Hire Orientation
Serve as a back-up for new hire orientation classes
Primarily cover receptionist’s desk during lunch breaks and other absences
Provides clerical support to the HR department
Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of personnel files and records
Performs other related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or associate degree in human resources, business, or related field
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to work with confidential and sensitive information in a discrete and professional manner
Ability to effectively work with employees at all levels of the organization
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Willing to work overtime, if necessary
This position requires work to be done onsite
Preferred
Prior related office experience preferred
Knowledge of SAP software is a plus
