Responsibilities
Process loan transactions and perform system maintenance for commercial loans
Assist the team and work the commercial servicing queue to ensure daily service level agreements are maintained
Posting and performing loan advances
Producing payoff letters
Completing escrow disbursements
Creating and monitoring several reports
Ensuring payments are posted accurately
Working closely with commercial loan officers to ensure exceptional service is delivered to customers
Qualification
Required
Efficient organizational and time management skills
Effective interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
Good PC skills including spreadsheets, databases, and word processing
Must be adaptable and have ability to adjust priorities to changing circumstances in fast-paced atmosphere
Preferred
1-3 years applicable experience in a related banking role that is highly detailed and audit-oriented
