Responsibilities
Manage and triage incoming commercial legal matters in a shared Frontline workspace
Support routine legal processes and assist with standard commercial matters
Escalate complex issues to Frontline Paralegals for deeper review
Assist Paralegals in gathering data, analyzing legal/compliance factors, and drafting recommended guidance
Maintain, update, and organize Legal Self-Help readiness resources
Contribute to process improvements and efficient matter-routing workflows
Qualification
Required
Strong program/project management abilities
High comfort with technology and learning new tools
Extensive legal background, ideally with experience supporting tech companies or law firms
Excellent communication skills and strong analytical thinking
Ability to prioritize with minimal guidance
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Associate's degree in paralegal studies or equivalent training required
0-2 years of experience in legal administrative support, paralegal roles, or similar
1-2+ years' experience with legal research tools and document/case management software
1+ years' experience with drafting and reviewing legal documents with accuracy
Preferred
Familiarity with CRM is a plus, but not required
A candidate local to the Redmond campus is preferred
