Responsibilities
Managing the lifecycle of a technology product used by internal business developers, fiber planners, and external vendors
Planning, executing and delivering an internally and externally facing product, which has a significant impact on the delivery of AWS fiber
Working closely with and across Agile teams
Define product features and releases
Work directly with engineering to build exceptional products
Lead development of long-term product and business strategy & goals with AWS leadership
Understand the business context to decisions made within and across groups
Work closely with a globally distributed user-base to map user stories. Your users are business developers and technicians delivering the networking capacity to connect every AWS Data Center in the world
Work closely with the software development teams as they executive product vision and dive into the distributed architecture to help develop real solutions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
Experience managing technical products or online services
Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
8+ years of experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
8+ years of experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
Preferred
Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight
Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
