Akkodis is seeking a Regulatory Reporting Test Lead for a Contract role with a client in Stamford, CT. This role focuses on automation, regulatory reporting frameworks, data governance, and control testing within financial services environments.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain automated processes for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) for regulatory reports (e.g., Basel III, Call Reports, FR Y‑9C)
Develop automation scripts for reporting workflows and system validations
Work with master and reference data, perform data profiling, and ensure data quality across reporting datasets
Reconcile data discrepancies and ensure accurate flows through reporting pipelines
Stay current with evolving reporting regulations and frameworks (e.g., FFIEC, SEC, CFTC)
Implement updates to automated systems to maintain compliance with regulatory changes
Implement and test controls (process, transaction, conformance) across reporting systems
Perform variance analysis, create test strategies, and ensure audit‑ready documentation

Required

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with proven ability to evaluate data quality
Background in data governance, control testing, and audit support
Ability to partner with senior stakeholders across financial, compliance, and technology teams
