Responsibilities
Unload shipping containers and accurately receive and inspect merchandise to ensure the correct item and quantity was received
Inspect merchandise for damages and document damages for insurance claims
Accurately sort parts in timely manner
Utilizing a forklift and picker, accurately and safely pick and pack parts orders for local delivery or outer island shipment
Prepare all related shipping documents
Assist with cycle counting and other inventory functions
Help maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment including reporting safety and material handling equipment concerns on a timely basis
Assist with parts delivery driving and other warehouse tasks as needed
Qualification
Required
Previous warehouse/delivery experience
Valid driver's license and strong driving record
Ability to obtain Hazmat and forklift certification within 3 months (training will be provided)
Strong attention to detail and safety focused
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Must be available to work Monday - Friday from 1:00pm - 9:30pm
Preferred
Six months hands-on warehouse/delivery work experience preferred
