Responsibilities
Design and build AI-driven systems powered by LLMs, NLP pipelines, and agent-based architectures
Develop intelligent workflows using single-agent and multi-agent systems to automate reasoning, matching, and decision-making
Build, test, and refine prompts, retrieval systems, and evaluation frameworks to continuously improve model performance
Deploy and scale AI services using AWS , ensuring reliability, security, and performance
Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to translate real-world problems into practical AI solutions
Own features end-to-end — from experimentation and modeling through to production deployment
Contribute to technical standards, documentation, and architecture decisions as the company grows
Qualification
Required
Strong experience building with LLMs, NLP systems, or applied machine learning in real-world products
Hands-on experience with AI agents or multi-agent frameworks
Proficiency in Python and experience integrating with modern AI tooling
Solid experience deploying systems on AWS (Lambda, EC2, S3, APIs, etc.)
Experience working with APIs, databases, and modern backend systems
Comfortable operating in fast-moving environments with evolving requirements
Strong communication skills and a product-oriented mindset
Preferred
Prior experience working at a startup or early-stage company
Built products using RAG pipelines, vector databases, embeddings, or orchestration frameworks
Experience contributing to AI architecture decisions rather than just experimentation
Familiarity with SaaS platforms, marketplaces, or data-driven products
