They are seeking a Connected Sales Intern to support their sales team in customer engagement, quoting, order processing, and collaboration while gaining hands-on experience in a professional sales environment.

Responsibilities
Support Connected Sales representatives with daily customer service activities
Handle incoming customer inquiries and assign them to the appropriate salesperson or department
Help prepare and send samples, marketing materials, and basic sales documentation
May assist with quote creation, order processing, and follow-up activities under supervision
Update and maintain customer records, activities, and notes within the CRM system
Support sales projects focused on up-selling, cross-selling, and customer development
Collaborate with other internal departments as needed
Participate in training to learn basic product applications and sales processes
Perform other related duties and projects as assigned to support the team
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a business, sales, marketing, engineering, or related program
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks
Willingness to learn technical concepts related to electronic components
Professional phone and email etiquette
Familiarity with Microsoft Office
Preferred
CRM experience is a plus but not required
