Volunteer – Contract Procurement Repository (CPR)

Save the Children US is seeking a Volunteer for their Contract Procurement Repository (CPR) project. The purpose of this role is to ensure that all current vendors have fully executed contracts collected and organized within the agency’s CPR system.

Responsibilities

Contact internal staff to request copies of all fully executed vendor contracts
Track outreach and follow up as directed (maintain simple tracking spreadsheets)
Upload contracts into the Contract Repository and enter basic contract information accurately and follow naming conventions
Assist in reconciling current vendors against contracts in the system
Flag missing, outdated, or duplicate contracts for review

Required

Ability to contact internal staff to request copies of all fully executed vendor contracts
Ability to track outreach and follow up as directed (maintain simple tracking spreadsheets)
Ability to upload contracts into the Contract Repository and enter basic contract information accurately and follow naming conventions
Ability to assist in reconciling current vendors against contracts in the system
Ability to flag missing, outdated, or duplicate contracts for review
Willingness to work closely with the Managing Director and follow an established project plan
Ability to commit to an estimated 15 hours per week for a duration of 4 weeks
Ability to coordinate schedule with school commitments
