Responsibilities

Oversee a multi-shift, 7-day distribution operation, managing quality, scheduling, logistics, inventory, and compliance with procedures and performance goals

Lead a 24/7 operational team to ensure service accuracy, resolve inventory issues, and maintain process integrity, serving as the key contact for customers and internal teams

Provide real-time feedback and quality insights to stakeholders, fostering continuous improvement and collaboration to maximize site effectiveness and efficiency

Develop and manage annual budgets, staffing plans, and employee development, including hiring, training, performance evaluation, and HR coordination

Drive operational excellence by resolving complex issues, implementing process improvements, leading projects to optimize costs and quality, and ensuring a safe, engaging work environment

Required

Proven ability to lead cost-saving and service-enhancing projects in partnership with key business areas
