Responsibilities
Supervise and train staff accountants to ensure timely and accurate monthly close and reporting
Prepare and review monthly journal entries and account reconciliations
Partner with Office Managers and Operations teams to research and resolve accounting issues
Collaborate with internal business partners to support the integration of newly acquired clinics
Identify and lead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy
Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP
Coordinate with external auditors and support the annual audit process
Assist with ad-hoc projects and special initiatives as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting (required)
3+ years of experience in public accounting and/or industry
Strong working knowledge of U.S. GAAP
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
Desire to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, start-up-style environment
Preferred
CPA or CPA candidate preferred
