Responsibilities

Designs, develops, and implements solutions for software integration projects
Coordinates applications across functions or between organizations
Ensures the integration of projects meets the requirements of the organization
Applies advanced consulting skills, extensive technical expertise, and full industry knowledge
Develops innovative solutions to complex problems
Works without considerable direction
Mentors and may supervise team members

Qualification

Required

4+ years of experience with ATL, SQL, Java, .NET, R, SAS, or Python
4+ years of experience in HL7 mapping or HL7 message processing
Experience in systems analysis, design, development, quality assurance, and integration methodologies to develop quality technical solutions
Experience with troubleshooting and maintaining healthcare information systems services
Knowledge of healthcare information systems, public health surveillance, and laboratory solutions
Ability to serve as a liaison between the health department and IT
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
Bachelor's degree

Preferred

Experience in working with Rhapsody
Experience in working with ELR, ETOR, and APHL
